About Indigo Earth Naturopathy
You’re not broken — your body is communicating.
If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or stuck in your health journey — especially if you’ve been told everything looks “normal” — you’re not alone.
Many people come to me feeling unheard, frustrated, or unsure where to turn next. My role is to offer calm, thoughtful support that helps you understand what your body is asking for and how to move forward in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
A Grounded, Clinical Approach to Whole-Body Health
I’m a degree-qualified Clinical Naturopath (BHSc) and the founder of Indigo Earth Naturopathy. I support people who want personalised, evidence-guided care that looks beyond isolated symptoms and considers the whole picture.
Rather than rushing to fix or suppress symptoms, I take time to understand the patterns, connections, and underlying drivers influencing your health — including nutrition, lifestyle, stress, digestion, hormones, and nervous system balance.
Care is always tailored, collaborative, and guided by what feels appropriate for you.
Naturopathic Philosophy
My work is guided by core naturopathic principles that respect the body’s innate capacity to heal.
These principles include:
Supporting the body’s natural healing processes rather than overriding them
Identifying and addressing the underlying causes of imbalance, not just symptoms
Treating the whole person — physical, emotional, and environmental influences together
Using the least invasive and most supportive approaches appropriate for each individual
Educating and empowering you to better understand your own health
These principles shape every consultation and ensure care is thoughtful, individualised, and grounded in both tradition and evidence.
How I Work
My approach is holistic, personalised, and deeply respectful of the body’s innate wisdom.
Depending on your individual needs, your care may include:
Nutrition and lifestyle guidance
Herbal and nutritional medicine
Clinical assessment and ongoing review
Functional testing, when appropriate, to gain deeper insight and clarity
Testing is never used routinely or automatically. It is offered thoughtfully, alongside your health history and clinical picture, and only when it adds genuine value to your care. Results are explained clearly and used to guide realistic, supportive recommendations.
A Space to Be Heard
Appointments are unhurried and non-judgemental. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive.
My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you — helping you reconnect with your body, restore balance, and build resilience at a pace your system can sustain.
A Little About Me
I live in the South West of Western Australia with my husband and our three boys, surrounded by forest, coastline, and a slower rhythm of life. Living close to nature has deeply shaped how I view health — not as something to control, but something to listen to and work with.
Outside of clinic, you’ll often find me walking through the bush, exploring the coast, reading, moving my body, or enjoying quiet moments in nature. These rhythms naturally inform how I practice — grounded, intentional, and supportive.
The Meaning Behind Indigo Earth
Indigo represents intuition, calm, and the quiet depth of the sky — a reminder to listen deeply to your body.
Earth represents grounding, nourishment, and nature’s innate wisdom.
Together, Indigo Earth reflects my approach to naturopathy:
intuitive yet evidence-guided, and rooted in the natural world.
If This Resonates
You don’t need to wait until things feel unbearable to seek support.
You don’t need to justify how you feel.
You don’t need to do this alone.
If you feel a gentle yes to this approach, you’re warmly invited to take the next step.
In wellness,
